Why people call us back

We are not the cheapest electricians in Ireland. We are the ones who show up, quote before we start, and hand you the certificate at the end.

You get a named electrician

Not a call centre and not a subcontractor lottery. You are told who is coming and when.

The price is agreed first

We diagnose, we quote, you decide. Nobody starts work on your house without a number you have agreed to.

Every job is certified

Restricted works are notified and certified as the rules require. You get the paperwork, not a promise of it.

Stocked vans, first-visit fixes

Our vans carry the parts that actually fail. Most callouts are finished on the first visit.

We leave it as we found it

Dust sheets down, floors lifted carefully, walls patched, rubbish taken with us.

Plain English, no scare tactics

We tell you what is dangerous, what is non-compliant and what is simply old. Those are three different things.

Is the power out on your whole street?

Then it is a network fault, not your wiring, and we cannot fix it — nor should you pay anyone to try. Call ESB Networks on 1800 372 999. It is free and available 24 hours. If the fault is only in your property, that is our job. Call us.

How a callout actually works

1

You call

A real person answers, day or night. We ask what is happening and give you an honest arrival window.

2

We diagnose

The electrician tests properly to find the actual cause, not the first thing that looks wrong.

3

You get a price

A clear figure before any work starts. If it needs parts we do not carry, you are told then, not later.

4

We fix and certify

The work is completed, tested and certified. You get the paperwork and a tidy house.

What customers in Ireland say

★★★★★

“Fuse board kept tripping every time we used the shower. Diagnosed it as a failed immersion element in twenty minutes, showed me the reading on the meter, replaced it and certified the board. No drama.”

Aoife M.

★★★★★

“Rang at half eleven at night with no power in half the house. Someone actually answered. He talked me through isolating it safely, was out the next morning at eight and had it sorted before nine.”

Declan O'B.
Naas
★★★★★

“Full rewire on a 1950s house while we were living in it. Five days, power back on every evening, and they cleaned up better than the painters did.”

Questions we get asked

Yes. Restricted electrical work in Ireland must be carried out by a Registered Electrical Contractor and certified. Ask us for our registration details when you call and we will give them to you.

For most work, no. For fault-finding we charge a diagnostic callout, because finding the fault is the work. You are told the rate before we come out.

For emergencies we aim for same-day and we will give you an honest arrival window on the phone. For planned work like rewires and EV chargers we usually book within a week.

We have branches in Cork, Dublin, Kerry, Kildare, Limerick, Louth, Meath, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford, Wicklow. If you are between branches, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

For any restricted work, yes — a Completion Certificate and Test Record. Keep them; you will need them for insurance and when you sell.

Card, bank transfer and cash. You get a written invoice either way, and we are VAT registered.
